Thank you to everyone that visited my booth at Handmade Highland. It was such a fun event. That was my last craft show of the year. Now I will be focusing on updating my shop as well as my display at "Promise You Art House, 8830 Kennedy Avenue, Highland, Indiana.
Clear Quartz is an alternate birthstone for April and a less expensive option than diamonds, the traditional April birthstone option. It is the second most commonly found mineral in the crust of the Earth. It can be totally colorless and transparent or show inclusions and some opaqueness. It has a Moh’s hardness rating of 7 which makes it able to withstand the stresses of everyday wear.
This necklace was made using a Crazy Lace Agate Teardrop Focal bead made into a removeable dangle. (i.e. necklace can be worn with, or without, the dangle). Additional materials include Clear Quartz Star and Prism cut beads; Fire & Ice Clear Quartz; Blue Apatite micro-faceted beads; Stainless Steel beads and Clear Quartz micro-faceted rondelles.
The necklace is approximately 20" in length with a 2-1/2" removeable dangle.
